Loved this hotel. Everything about it was fantastic. From check-in, staff, room, all was great. I don't know if I have ever been in a hotel with better, more friendly, accommodating staff. They were wonderful!

My room was not clean. The previous guest left their toiletries in the shower and we didn’t realize it until the next day when we used the shower. I also noticed a red stain on our comforter. Cleanliness should have been too notch. There was no turn down service and beware of the unexpected room service charges.
