Literally one of the loudest places I’ve ever “slept” (did not sleep).
Loved this hotel!!! You have to have a key card to gain access to the elevator AND the stairwell. That made me and my friend very comfortable and safe here. The rooms are decently sized and very comfortable. I live downtown so no noise scares me. This place was actually very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get around and a great breakfast spot right near it!
I enjoyed my quick stay here. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood!
This is the second time we stayed at this property. Walkable to Lincoln Park Zoo. Wrigley, shopping and great food. It’s the perfect destination.
Hotel Versey was the perfect spot for shopping, food, lakeshore access and walking to Wrigley for the game!

We had the King 1BR Suite which was very spacious and nice setup / configurations. Room air conditioning was strong! (most of us happy with cold) Great shopping right across the street, and Stan's Donuts / Starbucks around the corner. The only downside is the room was noisy from street noises, since the suite overlooks the six-intersection corner - we have definitely had quieter rooms across Chicago.
With a reservation i got the room next to the elevator. Room was tiny, bathroom was very small. The glazing on the tub looked like it was coming. Wont go there again.

The plumbing in the shower took some getting used to, though the sink vanity taps should probably be looked at. Otherwise a nice cozy room that fit my needs perfectly for my stay. I could get everywhere I needed to get easily from this hotel's location and there were many nearby convenient shops. Would stay here again.
A quirky feel, with plenty of oddball art, posters, and sign sayings, plus upbeat music playing most of the time in the lobby. However, our room was very small and inconvenient, e.g., lacking well-placed outlets and space to put our small toiletry bags in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. When my room key failed to work the second day, the desk person rekeyed it, then walked me to the room to make sure the key worked. Was there an exercise room or a breakfast room? Nobody said.
always love staying at the Versey.....hate their coffee makers (Nepresso)...worked for 2 cups then jams....staff responded to request for a new one....did the same thing.....gave up and went out for coffee.
Location was nice. However when booking I wish I knew about valet services being discontinued as well rooms , especially bathrooms were not as cleanly as seemed
