Shuttle service was on time. Staff was very friendly.
It took multiple requests ( 3 ) and 6 hours to get our refrigerator replaced in our room. No trash cans to be found ANYWHERE inside the hotel. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 2015 several times a year. The quality is definitely slipping away !

Close to airport
Stayed at this property many time in past 10 years. Surprised poor quality of linens, holes bedding and frayed towels. Nice room with sitting area, fridge and desk.
The pool and hot tub area was very clean
It was a nice hotel, i enjoyed using the indoor pool and whirlpool. Wish i could of spent more time there maybe tryed out the sauna too. I didnt like that i had to pay for parking.
In short , I am a Bonvoy member. Pre paid and when arrived, was still given the 8th floor on a Thursday. (Tash) & another bilingual young lady. Not busy! Very noisy floor adjacent room smoking partying both nights until 4am! S/w Front desk superv last night I was staying Tried to be nice. Offered bf ticket to which btw, outrageously priced breakfast zero complimentary coffee?? No Starbucks should not be a “paid” Option! Much less should the gross room coffee suffice. It’s coffee guys. Figure it out! Sheets stained. Provided photo to front desk. For the price you all are changing $35.00 parking fee. Either provide complimentary coffee or reduce your over priced breakfast. And yes other hotels in rosemont are providing complimentary coffee and reasonably priced breakfast. More over, as a business traveler when your staff verifies I’m a Bonvoy member . Immediately, apologize and fix the error. Not worth all the hassle and def. not worth the high prices. Comp night def warranted here.
