Hotel attached to Macormick pl convention center with Skywalk. Very reasonably priced for as nice a hotel that it is. Free hot breakfast in the morning. Except for the Chicago traffic getting there it was a very nice stay.
Breakfast was great. The pool and fitness center was clean. The rooms were clean. However, the pillows were very uncomfortable. It was difficult to sleep.
Staff was excellent access to convention hall exceptional. Needs more restaurant options in the area. Roof top bar was difficult to get in and everything being reserved cut out opportunity for guests to relax at their leisure. Hotel was clean and great!
The area was safe and friendly. Clean general areas except the pool was cloudy. You could not see the bottom of the pool which was a little disappointing. The breakfast meal was great everyday. A nice variety of food. The beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. Hotel was close enough to walk to Shedd Aquarium. Would stay there again.
It was a little confusing as there are three hotels in one, but the room was excellent, breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that you had to show proof of vaccination to eat breakfast and you had to go back downstairs to get a special card after showing proof of vaccination to get into the gym. If they showed proof of vaccination at check-in you wouldn’t have to do that.
Nice place to stay if you’re going to a event at Wintrust Arena.

check in was easy at the property. we had a concert at the Radius which is walkable in the right weather conditions. Chinatown is also only about a 5 or 10 minute walk.
