this is a great place with a marquee name but not price. All the things that matter to me in a hotel room were there. I shall return!
It was Very Clean... Walked to AllState Arena... Just one thing was wrong The room had a loud noise all night coming from vent as if water was running all night. If leaking faucet or sink left on. But otherwise nice place.
Excellent hotel
Very nice hotel. Exactly what you expect from a hyatt . The only problem i seen was it is right in the flight plan for ohare. The air planes fly dire tly over the hotel. Yes i know its near the airport but a quick heads up would have been nice.
Its a great place to lay over. Shuttle starts a 5 am and less than 10 minutes to inter, and another 10 to terminal 1. Windows sound proof facing airport.
Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and perfect.
The room temperature never went down. The room stayed hot all 3 night we slept there.
