The bad: Had to ask front desk 3 times over two days to change blood splattered sheet, not my blood mind you, before it was done. Maid services refused to take trash without it being scheduled on their clip board, so we left it in the hall for 2 days before picked up. Swipe cards for room, pool and entry doors don’t work well and cards needed reprogrammed multiple times to regain access. The good-ish: Complimentary bottled waters, decent continental breakfast selections & cookies.
