Pretty old property. Not sure the bad smell comes from the carpet or the sofa, but it's not so good. However, the staffs are very nice and easy access to the airport. But traffic to downtown both way pretty much all day.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly upon check in and she assisted with all the questions we had. The property is a little run down - our bedroom still had the old honeywell thermostat and the heater did not work at all in our bedroom. We spoke to the front desk about it but didn't really get any assistance with it. The parking situation is a little difficult as there is a Outback Steakhouse right next door, sharing parking spaces. We decided to pay for parking stay and the underground garage is much safer and spacious, so we would recommend that if you want to protect your car from the elements. The area is a little noisy with the hotel being right next to the highway, train station and airport but it was manageable. The breakfast in the morning was pleasantly decent (there were 3 waffle makers which makes a BIG difference!) and it being included with your stay is a plus. Overall, we had a good experience and stay, sans sleeping in the cold room.
