Loved it the service was amazing.
I felt safe in the middle of all the entertainment .
The hotel is beautiful and the staff are polite, professional and friendly. The shuttle services to the airport were so convenient and sending my daughter off on her flight hassle free. We just shuttled with her to the airport to help with her bags and were able to shuttle back to the hotel for check out.

Was a little run down. Room had an intermittent sewage smell. Overall not the worst but is showing its age.

Upon arriving, the hotel had zero available parking. We had to use a parking garage down the road. Check-in was slow, only 1 employee for a dance convention weekend. The room we paid for was not available. The hotel was at/over capacity. We paid for a double bed, balcony room. We received a king, no balcony room. Staff explained since we booked through a third party, they only legally needed to provide a bed of their choosing. The room was disgusting, blood on the sink, broken sink that was glued back together, poop in the toilet, stains on all fabric, peeling wallpaper, filthy coffee maker, hallway carpet was full of holes, vents all over the hotel had dust falling off, foundation was crumbling…the hotel needs to be closed and updated. Positives, Starbucks staff worked their butts off! They were awesome.
