It is very lively. There are so many services, close to the airport, services, restaurants…
Close to Ohare. Both TVs didn’t work in our room. Bathroom outlet was broken. Brought to the attention of the hotel manager and he acted like it was my fault for not calling them sooner, didn’t handle it very well.
The dining option is where it was unsatisfactory. One thing that would be great is allergy awareness - don't get me wrong I am grateful that I could eat the hard boiled eggs. But seeing that there were individual ingredients on the menu that any chef could prepare separately during a time that was not busy was quite frankly sad. Instead of eating hot food on business trip I had eggs and Wholefoods pantry items for two days. The only reason I had stayed at the location was that the restaurant was in the building (on a business trip I do not have the luxury of time or funds to go out to eat).

Second time we've stayed at this hotel. The staff is great, the shuttle is timely, and the hotel is immaculate. Nice, big rooms too. Will stay again.

Next time please contact the hotel ahead of your stay so we know what to help you with. I myself and diabetic and my wife has celiac so I am well aware of the difficulties of dietary limitations. We can and do help, just let us know and we will help you to eat safely and comfortably
