Fantastic facilities. Clean, welcoming and up to date. Staff was outstanding and it is in a great location. One suggestion re: parking. The ramp has a bar upon initial entry stating 8’5” clearance. After passing through, there is another bar before you get to any parking spots stating 7’ clearance. I drive a full size pick up and it was fine. But I can see where this could be frustrating to anyone driving something with higher clearance.

Clean and stylish hotel rooms with great access to indoor and outdoor pool and fitness facilities. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not serve dinner (this was not stated on their website), and that I could not order a movie in my room or access my movie streaming service through the hotel room tv. My daughter and I had hoped to order room service and watch a movie and neither could happen. Front desk staff person checking me in was not helpful or friendly but all other staff I encountered were delightful and professional.

They gym is fantastic. The room was very nice. There are no coffee makers or micro waves in the room. There is no restaurant in this hotel, just a grab-n-go at the gym. Free parking and unlimited in and out was a big plus for us. No valet however. WE were kept up on night by a riot/party ? On our floor that was out of control. We were also charged a $25 daily resort fee which was not disclosed.
Super convenient location - close to shopping and our adult children. And the gym facilities are top notch!

Great new hotel missing some updates such as modern shower heads. Other than that well run hotel, membership access to all guest great feature, alone just to stay at hotel.

We stayed here and went to a Cubs game. Easy 10 minute ride to the game. We definitely will be back.
Beautiful hotel, great view of the city, killer amenities. One complaint/tip: there is not a single piece of signage to help someone find this place who does not already know that it’s a hotel *in an athletic club called Midtown.* It’s almost like they’re going for a speakeasy effect based on how well hidden it is. Even when we arrived at the check-in desk, which doubles as the club’s check-in desk, we weren’t sure we had come to the right place.
The hotel aspect of this fitness club is clearly an afterthought. There is no sign for the hotel, no one to help with bags, no concierge. The price point is up next to other high end hotels, but the service is not good enough to warrant this price point. Also- there is a fee for the fitness center which you must pay whether you use the facility or not. We were unable to use the varsity center - with some entertainment like ping pong tables, with our kids because it was closed for an event. Disappointing all around.

We do offer open parking lot on level 6 for higher vehicles as they sometimes require additional space and height since due to building structure we cannot large vehicles on all spots and levels.
