Very nice hotel
Room is clean. Easy to request toiletries. Casino available
The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a real benefit. The only negative, and it was a small one, is that the outdoor lights in the hotel were directed right at my room so it was a bit of a challenge to sleep but the drapes helped block the light to a large extent.

Unfortunately, we had to stay here due to an unexpected layover later in the evening. While the staff was friendly (and I appreciate their kindness in these situations), the lobby had construction, the pool was closed, and NOTHING dining-wise was open. With it being so close to the airport, you'd think they'd expect a lot more late-night/last-minute bookings (especially with all of the flight delays and cancellations going on right now). You would think they would have something available food-wise for purchase after 10pm, or early in the morning so you could grab food before heading back to the airport. There is a bar in the hotel that was even closed. No room service after 10 was available. Which was weird considering how many people were checking in later in the evening AND how many people were checking out first thing in the morning. A lot of these people had gotten off a long flight and were looking for food. Additionally, my room phone was broken -- so I had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something and couldn't call for anything or even questions. While these are not horrible experiences, it was really inconvenient and would have been a lot more enjoyable stay if we weren't starving and tired of running to the lobby to ask a question. I did appreciate the staff and the clean room to sleep in for the night.

Seemed short on staff, no real housekeeping. We had to go down to the front desk for shampoo. Restaurant closes at 9, and the one across the street has the same menu but stays open an hour later. The actual property was nice. Vending only on two floors. Good for layover but no much more.
