Waited an hour to check in because the staff was unprepared. Check in time is set for 4pm, I came in at 5:30pm & didn’t get a room till 6:30pm. The staff said the rooms were not ready & the lobby was full of people also waiting for a room. That was very unprofessional & they need to prepare better.
Very nice decor, but a little unclean in the hallways. We didnt have a trash can in our room either which was odd.
The hotel staff reassured us the area was safe to park in and that they had someone manning the desk at all times - so we parked across the street where they told us people always parked and that it was “the best spot to have.” Woke up to a stolen catalytic converter and a day filled with mechanics, money, and all around exhaustion. Not safe. Staff were very friendly, but it was not a pleasant experience due to that issue. No parking garages were open in the area either - and the hotel lot was tiny and sold out - so there was quite literally no option but the street. Not convenient for anyone with a car, and not safe either.
$25 for overnight parking. Beautiful hotel.

The staff was very polite and greeted us with a smile. The room was small but it had a refrigerator and a microwave so it had everything we needed.

It was much nicer than I thought it would be. Quiet enough to be peaceful yet near everything you need to feel that you are in the city.
