Our room and the pool area were beautiful. It was the perfect getaway for our family to have fun and relax. I highly recommend this location to stay in. I will definitely consider booking again.

The room was clean and spacious which we liked, the pools were very nice and the hotel is also very near the Disney parks which is a plus, but the rooms are very outdated, unfortunately the wifi in the hotel does NOT work at all, when I expressed my concerns to an employee she said it just is what it is the wifi doesn’t work, another thing I did not like is the rooms do not have any BLACKOUT curtains, which means we were woken up very early everyday with the bright light shining down our faces, not the best thing considering what you are paying for the rooms, besides that it was a somewhat decent experience and decent resort.
This property felt safe for the most part. A couple of times coming in really late at night security just passed me through without questioning what room I was in or my name. But other than that staying at this felt relaxing and comfortable.
Staff during checkout told me that I had to return my pool towels to the activities center instead of just taking them and taking care of it. When we checked in we were told that we had to bring the towels with us to checkout or we would be charged an additional fee. Just seemed a little unprofessional.
Our 5 night stay was great! The room was cozy, clean, and well stocked. The resort had everything we needed including a store that had everything we might have needed in addition to delicious cooked to order foods. The pools were pristine with lots of seating and space. There was a bit of noisy construction but otherwise Silver Lake resort was perfect! We'll stay here again!
Nice property with accurate pictures. Very clean. A bit of pressure to hear a timeshare pitch. Uncomfortable walk to main road with restaurants. Walkable restaurants were Dennys/IHOP/Perkins/Bob Evans.
The villa was exceptional
Check in was a mission. I ended up getting my keys at 6pm. Moreover, they gave me a room with people in it and had to go back and get a new one. Bad administration
Beware property does not honor cancellation policy! I’m out of pocket $$ as well as my Orbitz bucks!
