Hotel was very neat and clean. The staff were all very professional, welcoming and responsive.
I prepaid for two nights at this property. My flight was cancelled for weather related reasons. My wife and small kids arrived late and They resold our room and refused to give us a new room or a refund even though we arrived and were ready for check in. There was no disclosed policy which said if we were a few hours late they would resell the room, we prepaying for 2 nights. Orbitz and the hotel refused to help us leaving us stranded.

Staff road call me 9am to kick me out and told me I have to leave now or charge me another day. And never notified me they do early check out

the refrigerator leak all the entire stay there i was unable to cook in the kitchen the maintained man came in no time which was great but after all the problem recurred
This property was great, the staff was overly kind and helpful. The property was family-friendly. We loved the poolside activities, bar service, amenities. Great value and would definitely recommend to others.

It was fine for conference stay. Small suite, but clean. The cross walk to convention center is dangerous. Not fault of Hilton, but worth knowing, particularly if you travel with kids
