Stay between April 12-14 Checking in process took over an hour. I got my room and when I open the door someone’s luggage was already in there. Luckily, the family that was already booked in that room wasn’t there doing anything personal. This is unacceptable. Next I waited 15 minutes to finally get my new room keys. Immediately after returning to the condo after going to the pool, the key is no longer work. This happened three times because the batteries didn’t work and they didn’t send a maintenance man to fix it. the room was OK but the second bedroom had no door and my teenage daughters felt like that was hard to have privacy which I agree. The sink was updated, but when turned on with hit the mirror behind it, which was not secured very good. It was all types of damage to all the different surfaces. The rooms need to be updated for sure. All the reviews on this location showed a laser maze and a movie theater for our use but when we got there, everything was closed and never opened back The waterpark was nice but extremely cold. Would not come back here.

We stayed here last year and had a great time. This year the game room (with free air hockey, foosball and ax throwing), the movie theater, and the staff run night time events in the theater (trivia, karaoke, etc) was not available. We had such a fun time doing all of that last year so my kids were very disappointed. The water slides are fun but the water slides are not heated so very cold on chilly days. Disney transport is limited to certain times a day so be mindful of that if you have any interest of arriving early or staying for fireworks you will need to find alternative transport. The staff did a great job serving us at all food areas and keeping our room cleaning. Having a separate door to bedroom is great in the suite. Our room was missing a hair dryer and staff got it to us very quickly. Breakfast buffet is free for kids with paid adult which is really nice. Disney Springs is close by by car so we spent our evenings there and used Disney transport to explore other hotels which was fun. We would love to return the the Holiday Inn but only if the night time activities return because that was our favorite part.

Just ok for the kids had fun but to much miscommunication on information about fee8 once you get to property keys wasnt working to the room had to wait in line for an hour just to get another key.
To be honest this is the worst hotel in Disneyworld parks area. No hot water and they don’t care. Families without, and needs not met. And no refunds either. Do not stay here!
My grandchildren and I really enjoyed our stay the resort. The staff was superb! The option for 11 and under to free at the buffet dining room was wonderful. The food was EXCELLENT and so was the staff. This was a highlight and our 7 year old twins ate better than I have ever seen them eat. The selections were awesome. The pool and all the activities were a hit. LOVE the pool entertainnment host! He was great and my grandson Angelo participated in the games! The only challenge I had was it was easy to get lost on the property and it was challenging finding our room throughout the stay. I would like to see better signage for sure. :) We will be back for sure. It was a like a an "on land" cruise with all of the fun activities. LOVED IT ALL!
The 2 bedroom has a nice setup. There are bunk beds and a pull out couch. The bedroom has a door, which is great privacy for parents. The pool was dirty. The facility is HUGE be prepared to walk a lot! The amenities in the room were horrible. There was no soap in the dispenser, no lotion, no soap to wash your hands.
This is a great place to stay with kids! Wish we were told about the waterpark being down for maintenance when we booked. The pools are heated which is great but the splash park wasn’t (also a let down).

We went to this resort to enjoy the water park feature that it advertises. We paid an extra resort fee for this purpose. However, when the kids, my husband and I arrived at the pool area, we found out the waterpark was closed for maintenance. That was not disclosed to us neither at booking nor at check-in. They charged the full resort fee despite the water park being closed. When we complained about it, they denied refunding our resort fee. In addition to that, the cleanliness of the room was an issue. The microwave was very very dirty, there was no hair dryer, no cups for the coffee machine, and the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottles were all empty!! We didn’t notice it until it was time for shower and we were unable to wash ourselves property. It is a nice hotel, with terrible service! I wouldn’t mind the fact that the water park was closed and under maintenance if they had disclosed it for us and discounted the resort fee. But the fact that they didn’t made us fee deceived and disrespected. When we complained, there was no apology or intention to make any repairs. I’ve never seen such low level of customer service before.
