I enjoyed my 8 night stay at the Hilton Grand Vacations Sea World. The property is well maintained and the staff and very pleasant and helpful. Next time I am in the Orlando area, I will stay there again
The rooms on this property need a serious upgrade. My shower in my first room on the first night made this god awful noise. They moved me to another room at my request and this shower did something similar but I was able to adjust the flow and it stopped. My coffee maker was not working in the second room. The bathtub sides are way too high and are a hazard to someone with bad legs or the elderly. I was supposed to get a credit for the resort fee and didn’t. I had to ask for it and then was questioned and made to show proof when they have the text history. The restaurant only stays open until 8 and is an outdoor restaurant. My flight was late coming in so I had to order through Doordash which was inconvenient. It was very hot inside the restaurant and I would have preferred it to have AC like their Parc Soleil property.
This was a lovely place to stay. It was fun and lively for children in the pools. The staff was very helpful.

Was a great experience! Started at front desk with Marie at checkin…she’s the best !! Went to pool bar/restaurant and was very disappointed by service….not busy and we waited 15 to b acknowledge and then longer to get a beer. Went twice and nothing changed and it’s unfortunate bc that’s what I do for living also and wouldn’t have job I’d that continued…acknowledgment is half the battle people…don’t stand in cluster of 3 bartenders and ignore ur guests and ur gratuity.
All good, check out too early. My fridge was not cooling well so I had to trash everything, but I never complained.
Very beautiful complex. It felt like a tropical island around there. We walked to Seaworld and it took us about 12 minutes. We were in the last building so further to walk but it sure beat paying $25 to park at Seaworld. Our room was a 1 bedroom (condo like) and it was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was cheerful and courteous all over the property. It was easy to jump on I-4 about 1/2 mile away to go to Disney parks. Just a great location. We will come back again one day.
