We had a wonderful stay
We arrived at 3:58pm for a 4pm check-in. We were told our room was not ready and they'd text us when it was. We had an appointment and had to be showered and back out by 5pm so I questioned when approximately it'd be ready. After some back and forth, the customer service rep made a call and got us in a room then. He shared that they "start" check-in at 4pm and that is not stated on-line. I really think if they accept a reservation, the room should be ready at 4pm, which is check-in. The room was great and the grounds were beautiful. This was our only hiccup. Great place - definitely recommend!

The villa we rented was top notch. Beds were amazing and SO COMFORTABLE! The villa was so clean and smelled amazing. We will DEFINITELY stay here again. We have come many times to Orlando and this is by far the best resort we have stayed at. To add to all of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

The room was spacious and clean with everything we needed. It was close to everything and easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again.
Nice Value for the price
Overall nice property and we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to have the final room charges emailed before check out so charges can be reviewed before leaving.
The property itself was magnificent. The pools were updated and in great shape and beautiful. The landscaping was pristine and had a great tropical feel. The pools were excellent for young children with many shallow areas for wading. The room itself was in dire need of updating though. While I give the resort itself 5 stars, I give the room 2 stars. The room was dated, the kitchen was extremely small and more like a kitchenette, the oven and stove had all the numbers rubbed off the knobs likely from repeat cleaning with harsh chemicals so it was impossible to know the temperature you were cooking with or if you even had the stove and oven turned off when you were finished. The thermostat was broken where if you set the temp to 70, it would wait until it was 72 before the AC kicked on, and then it would cool the room to 68 before the AC shut off. If you try turning the temp up a degree while it was cooling to stop the cold air, the heat would turn on. One time it cooled the room so much that the heat kicked on automatically to warm it back to the target. Not only is this system a waste of energy and harmful to the environment, but it made the room very uncomfortable (one minute too cold, 30 minutes later too warm). We had maintenance out multiple times and they said this is normal behavior, which it is obviously not. This was not just our room either. We were travelling with another family and they had the same thermostat in their room and it functioned in the same way.
Place was very convenient but unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it fully because of our short stay. Hot tub was very dirty though
The problem with hotels everywhere is they cut their workforce during Covid and now they refuse to bring back staff that are going to cost them more money because they think the guests are so used to reduced staff that this is just normal now. Sorry but Waiting 2.5 hours for a blanket for the pull out bed is not ok.
