The room was awesome. It has a Jacuzzi in the bedroom and a screen in patio. The only thing I hate was people calling your room to come listen to them sell the property. They get mad when you tell them "No". They are very persistent. Also, the presentation is more than 60 minutes. They will take up your whole day trying to get you to buy some "shares" .
I like that everyone was friendly and they had activities daily.

Great place with lots of activities
My family and I like the property and room size, but they dropped the ball in so many areas. Our windows in the first room we were giving did not lock and the half of the doors in the room would work. The 2nd room we were giving our daughter's bedroom window would not work which was fixed the following day. The sliding glass door would not work, the master bedrooms tv would not work, the main shower did not have hot water, the jacuzzi tubs jets would not work, about half of the lights worked in the room, and we had to use towels to walk on in our room because of the ammount of broken tile on the floor. We would ask the staff for a ride to the other side of the property on the golf carts and were told that there only being used for tours, which my wife and I wanted to do. We discussed sitting down with them to buy into a time share, we sat in a room for 55mins without any acknowledgement so we got up and walked out. There was an issue with our room check in, we purchased 2 - 2 bedroom rooms and they placed us into one stating that it was what we resevered only until i double checked with our booking agency to confirm what was correct and finally got the issue resolved. We were happy in 2023 with the property, but my family and I will probably seek other accommodations for future stays.

Very family friendly- activities throughout the day for the fam. Bike rentals, minigolf, pedal boats, an arcade and a water park all onsite. The kids had a blast.
Place was amazing so Many pools. Room was great we had the one bedroom villa and it was worth every penny, kids loved the huge jacuzzi tub in the room. Room was equipped with everything we needed went grocery shopping down the street and made dinner several nights to save a few bucks. Staff was very friendly and the resort was very clean. Spent a few nights over at the skywheel so much to do with the family great restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely be returning
I had a great time I love this property. I’ve been here about 3 or 4 times now with my family and I will continue to come back!
