The actual hotel employees were less than helpful, less than friendly and less than accommodating. The parking is a NIGHTMARE and the garage is dirty, dim and feels unsafe. Thank goodness for one of the parking attendants who helped me with disabled parking(as there were no spots open on either day). Our hotel room had 2 bath towels, for a 4 person room. Our shower was clogged. The hallway smelled of Marijuana and so did the elevators. The noise in the halls was going on even in the middle of the night.

Overall good room. Unable to turn off or lower the ac. In all fairness I never called down to look into this matter. I had to unclog the shower so I didn’t have to stand in 6 inches of water while trying to get clean. Internet and bed was good. Chris who worked in the lobby where they held our bags until our room was ready went above and beyond. He assisted in getting us checked in. He’s the reason why I’d rebook at this hotel.
I got in late and was really tired so went straight to bed. Only to find the bed sheets were full of blood. I called reception, no room change was offered. Instead they said they will send someone up. 20mins later someone came up with 2 sheets and gave them to me. Not even offering to change the sheets for me or take the blood stained sheets away. Totally unacceptable!!!! I will never stay here again
