The hotel itself was clean, and I really appreciated the continental breakfast option every morning! The staff was also nice about any replacements we needed during our stay (like towels or body wash) and nice in general. The only thing that seemed a bit deceiving was the Disney World shuttle access, and the odd hours and lack of options, even to some parks, made it seem like they actually don't want you to ride the shuttles. We had to Uber back and forth the entire time, which was a slight bummer when we had planned for more options. I also couldn't get ahold of them on the phone to verify, so that could have been a one-off or recurring issue; I'm not sure. However, it's fairly close to the parks, so it wasn't bad aside from what seemed like false or maybe a bit "off" advertising. It's tucked away in a nice quiet space though, and has lots of food options a walkable distance away. I'd say it's a good option for a stay in the area, and just wish they'd consider adding more convenience in terms of shuttle times people would be more likely to take to the nearby parks, though it's nice they have them at all, to be fair. The staff was accommodating and very courteous
Good location and nice staff. Only complaints are there were no closet or hooks of any kind in the room to hang things and the breakfast area was confusing and not easy to get to what you wanted because of the way it was set up. It did not flow and you had to squeeze past tables to get coffee, etc. Kitchen staff was always hustling though!

Very nice place, the room was just what they show in the pictures and what we were expecting! Nice, clean and the staff very friendly. The only thing they have to work is in the breakfast.
I read the reviews so I gave the chance to this hotel but I regret it. Reasons: Uncomfortable bed, No room service (you have to request service and they only take the trash out and replace the toiletries), No cell phone reception in the room, Crowded breakfast area, and what I can't stand, Noisy floors. I barely slept hearing the noise, the steps and running upstairs. I didn't like this hotel.

We love this place when we come down to Disney. It’s clean, modern, comfortable, and always affordable. Rooms are good, beds are comfortable, and there’s a nice pool outside. Inside, they have a coffee stand, billiard area, and a buffet with a cook in the morning if you’d like eggs/omelets, etc for a fee. We always come here before our check-in is ready at our timeshare. It’s right on International drive, tucked behind a few hotels/restaurants. Very quiet, very safe, staff is always friendly and caring. We highly recommend this place to anyone needing and affordable, quiet stay.

I woke in the morning to no hot water. Taking a cold shower isn’t the way I intended to start a busy day. When I called the front desk I was told to just run the water, 15 minutes later it actually was colder. Upon checking out when I complained I was just told they’re working on it.

We apologize if the hotel did not meet your expectations. The beds are brand new and Top Sealy hospitality beds. Sometimes depending on your phone provider signal may interfere. However our Wi-Fi is extremely good. It is Summer vacation month therefore the hotel was sold out and it is difficult to control noise.
