Our room didn’t have wifi and the front desk nor the AT&T service did anything about it. The bathroom didn’t have shampoo or body wash in the containers. There was only 1 bag to make coffee and the smell of marijuana was everywhere. Definitely not what we expected from a Hilton

Our room was old and outdated. The mattress was uncomfortable and the dressers were old. The bathroom had a strange odor. The AC unit didn’t work properly so the room was freezing cold at all times. The resort overall had a nice vibe.

The worst experience I had ever had. After a long day of traveling we arrived doing a late check bc of our travelings delay. It’s me, my husband & 2 small children. We walked into our room in about 11pm to a room that smelled so bad, immediately slapped you in the face as soon as you open the door. It’s smelled like cigarettes and just pure dirty. After we tried to bypass the smell of the room bc we were so tired at this point. We just wanted to get to bed. We went to shower to find out the there was nothing but cold water. At this moment I was beyond frustrated & decided to call the front desk. No one picked up after call a few times. Again it was very late, so I’m unsure how busy the front desk was bc upon checking in, there were 4 staff at the front desk checking in guests. I walked to front desk which it was quite the walk considering the put us in there “family friendly” tower as described on the website when booking. When I arrived to the front desk, I expressed my frustration to the “manager” & told him about the shower and he immediately admitted that 3 or their towers didn’t have hot water. I immediately asked the possibility to be moved to another room bc at this point we just want to shower & get to bed. I even asked for a single bed. Without even looking in the pc, he said they were all booked. Which it was hard to believe bc how big the hotel is. I asked for a refund. Without hesitation or any apology, the manager said ok. I asked for business card, he said no.

Nice people

I liked the villas. I loved the laguna breakfast. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the pool table. The ping pong balls were all broken so we couldnt play. The mini golf was starting to fall apart and covered in leaves. We were promised free breakfast and only got 2 instead of for the whole family(I had to pay extra). However, it was a pleasant place and overall stay.

When I booked it said breakfast included. Only 2 breakfast were included. I booked my rental car through Orbitz as well and you should not be using them. They are major upsellers and gave us an suv of the wrong size among other issues. There is a good chance that I will stop using Orbitz even though I am a vip

No blankets, refrigerator wasn't working, heater wasn't working, and stuff was still in the room from previous guest

Very tired. Large property; was probably quite desirable 20 years ago. Staff was lovely.

The weather is typically perfect, we have plenty of games, food, and drink specials for the entire family. We have just added our Backyard BBQ with LIVE music Thursday, Friday, and Sundays. On weekends, we often feature an outdoor, family movie night.
