Everything was great except, our room was still not ready after the 4pm check in time. We came back at 4:30 to check again. We waited about 15 min while staff made several phone calls and then magically, our room was ready.
It had some nice pools, was comfortable and affordable
Upon arrival, we asked for late check out and were told we should checkout at noon. After breakfast, we stopped by the front desk to inquire about checking out (well before noon) and were told we were locked out of our room because check out was at 10:30. This resulted in added stress to our trip because we could not access our luggage and had to wait to get back into our room, pack, leave, etc. Upon making our reservation, We had stated that we had four staying in our room that had a king bed and a sofa bed, yet no sheets for the sofa bed were provided. We then had to wait two hours for sheets for the sofa bed which resulted in two 8 year olds not going to bed until after midnight. Dinner options on a Saturday evening were minimal, everything on property closed very early so our choices upon arriving late were limited. Property directions were confusing and poor, it took us close to 45 minutes to find our room. We did not arrive with a car and were not offered a ride to our room so we wandered the property in the dark trying to find the right building. Overall, just not the experience that we thought we’d get from a “resort-style” hotel. That being said, the room was very nice and spacious, and the property is beautiful but the overall experience was a big miss for us. Probably wouldn’t recommend for a future stay.

Our room had an awful smell, we got moved to a different room and the new room had a trash can overflowing with tissues bottles and other trash. Called the front desk manager and has not returned my phone call.
It was a beautiful all inclusive property.
This is a Marriott timeshare property and as such a little different from a regular hotel, but very nice amenities, including a stocked kitchenet, multiple pools, and clean grounds. The dining options were a little limited, but I had a car so it didn't matter. It was really nice to have free self-parking included for convenience as we were coming and going a lot. We had a great stay!
