Really enjoyed this cozy hotel and it’s close to all the spots . Was nice to come to Orlando and not have to drive to anything it’s all right there ! Great staff and nice heated pool with a hot tub too!!

The property is top notch. Very, very friendly staff, super clean, gorgeous hotel. The breakfast was very nice and was much nice than just a typical muffin and juice. Very friendly people making custom omelets, nice variety of breakfast meats and other choices. I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property with excellent staff. The renovation noises we were warned of weren’t bad at all. Just a little dusty and in progress in some places. The bar was adorable and David the bartender was amazing. He made us the best rum old fashioned we’ve ever had. The only disappointment to speak of was the suite we ordered wasn’t available and we were downgraded to a standard. Honestly though every else was so spot on that the visit wasn’t as compromised as it could have been. We would definitely visit again.
I have never been as pleased with a hotel as I was with this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is so convenient. The pool is beautiful and the hotel is pet friendly. Most importantly, every single staff person I encountered was pleasant and professional. The whole climate spoke of a hotel that prided itself on the ultimate in customer service. I live in Delray Beach and have a season pass to Universal. I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Orlando and plan on sharing my experience with others who might be traveling to that area! 😊

I don’t see the need to charge parking, it should have been included. Paid price was way over what should have been. Cheap hotel.
Could not enjoy property because of construction and nosy kids running up and own the halls in the early morning knocking on doors. This happened all 3 mornings that I was there. Front desk ignored.
