Place was a pleasant surprise -- large rooms to accommodate families, if needed. Fun water slides and pool & the service help was wonderful. Perfect if you plan to go to the Disney parks & they also have a shuttle service available.

We like it it’s ok and decent but the suite we booked is for 5 ppl and there were not blackest or extra pillows in the room. It took 45 min to bring those to the room at 11 pm Also the tv / cable connection was out the whole day no tv at all
This is an old and dilapidated hotel hardly worth being called a resort. We were misled by the pics and wasted two nights. We didn’t get the pool view room we paid for. Orbitz and Sheraton availability of rooms may not be in sync. Breakfast was typical and rooms need renovations.
Old towels, exterior need fresh coat of paint, bathroom needs updating.
They have millipedes infestation
Called property prior to arrival. Was having chemotherapy treatments for two days. Manager on duty said they would waive the amenities fees because I could not use the property except to sleep. Upon check out manager REFUSED to credit the $47.90. Tried to argue the point again with the names of people who made theirs promise to not charge to no avail. The property was not clean as well. Room smelled of smoke. They came and sprayed Lysol. Still a bad experience. I do not recommend this property because of their management inconsistencies and lack of customer service.
