We have been coming here for years and loved it. Until today, this property has gone down hill, it’s dated and in need of an upgrade. In addition to that, the communication between this staff was lackluster. We were woken up at 7 am from the maintenance staff, they were loud and rude. They knocked on our door and just entered, even with the do not disturb sign on the door. We had a late checkout, and at least 8 people tried to clean our room. It was horrible. I complained and was given one days resort fee back. We will never stay here again!

The only reason we gave this 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the General Manager attempted to make resolution with us regarding our safety issue and embarrassment that took place at their property. At least 3 people should have been fired for the lack of communication and inappropriately entering a guest room without permission in a SUPREMELY embarrassing situation. This includes the front desk agent communicating on text, and the two housekeepers involved, not to mention the technical issues with the phones not working the entire stay, and making a safety concern even MORE frightening when we could not contact the authorities. While we were given some alleviation with a “partial” refund of our reservation, it will not in any way possibly make up for the experience had during our vacation. Christmas should be a time of peace and joy, and we took a chance staying at this property for the first time this year, and we did not feel that peace or joy while staying at Tuscany Village. We have had phenomenal experiences at Westgate, Rosen, Polynesian, and Wyndham, and we enjoy frequenting these condo-sharing properties because of the type of exceptional service they offer and experience they provide to their members. We are Hilton Honors members, and although we did not own a property at this location, it left a bad taste in our mouth for future rentals or purchase options. We showed up at 3:51 PM on time for 4 PM check-in, but the room was not ready until AFTER 7 PM! Staffing?

The Pool and the Bar Area were Very Nice, Restaurant for take out is Very Good, Rooms are Nice and Spacious. Overall a Very Nice Hotel, and would stay again.

No one cleaned our room or gave us a clean towels for the intire stay , There was leak coming from the room in the middle of the night ,i almost slipped ,at 12 am they sent a tech, while we r trying to sleep ,it was really unprofessional.will not stay here again

From the moment I walked into the front office the staff was very friendly. They created me and answered any and all questions. Room was clean and amazing. My wife and I just got married on 4/21 and went here for a little honeymoon! Would go back!

We saw the note that days under 5 stays don't get house keeping, but we thought that we'd get house keeping more than once in 7 days. The parking situation was not good, we were in building 6 and most times had to park all the way by building 1 or 2 because the parking lot was very full.

Lo que no nos gusto, es que no tiene suficiente parqueadero y en las noches es dificil conseguir y si consigues es bien lejos de tu edificio y lo otro es que no tiene restaurantes internos. Delnresto es muy bueno en locacion, limpieza y estado.

We stayed here for six nights. This vacation village met beyond our expectations. Close location to everything, beautiful setting, spacious room with all amenities you would ask for an extended stay.

Very recomendable will come back again

It would have been nice if the staff informed us check at in that there was landscape construction. The landscaping construction disturbed natural habitats of snakes. There were multiple snakes seen within a five minute period. It would have been nice to have been informed and be prepared.

Just a great place to stay in a convenient area.

The response to request to front desk were slow but satisfactory.
