This property is excelent with room cleanliness and amenities second to none. The only problem we have - the property is so big and at night it is very hard to find the place you stay. By during the it ia not a problem - easy to find the staff who is very helpful. There are plenty of good place to eat close to the property. And it is very close to Epcot where we spent couple of days.

This resort was wonderful and close to all of the Disney parks. we had a two bedroom two bath unit which was very spacious. Nice kitchen and living room area. Beds were very comfortable and room was updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very easy. Villa was clean with all updated appliances. The only problem I had was with the tickets counter. I was able to purchase tickets to Universal cheaper online (regular price) than what we were quoted by them.

Very spacious, nicely appointed unit. Excellent air conditioning, multiple pools, a coffeehouse/market on property. Staff all very nice with the exception of a few of the guard/gate attendants.
very nice quiet and clean
Upon checking in we noticed the Villa had a humidity smell, the bed sheets in master bedroom had a long blood stain that took them 3 hours to replace. Carpets look old and dirty, trash everywhere, dirty stairs, pool was ok but nothing different than a regular community pool. Service was meh!
great resort. units could use an upgrade (felt outdated). pools were amazing. great childrens programming. great location!

We tried to go to pools few times but couldn’t get place to sit, people leave towels on the chairs and never show up.

Spotless resort - grounds are beautiful, staff professional, friendly and attentive. Pools hot tubs actives- you could spend entire vacation here without ever leaving resort. 5 minutes to Disney springs - location is ideal for WDW.
