There was a fight and domestic violence incident during our stay right at the pool area. The staff were watching but didn’t take action for at least 10 minutes. There was screaming and fighting right in front of our kids. Didn’t feel safe.
Nice resort, friendly staff… Dislike added gratuity and all the nickel and dime charges…

Had to walk to the main building. Can’t park for less than $29. The shuttle bus guy that could take you to your room was scary and dropped us off at the wrong building and then when we passed us going back to the main building I argued about having dropped us off at the right building that we were still walking towards.
We’ve gone past this hotel many times. This was a last minute replacement after our hotel we originally booked was disgusting and we couldn’t stay there. This is a palace what a beautiful hotel. The amenities are great. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby. The staff is beyond friendly. Well worth any extra money for this compared to a hotel in 192. And if you can get a last minute deal like this. Run for it!!!
Our stay was exceptional
Perfect resort centrally located to WDW and Universal Studios. Plenty of on-site dining options available and the food is delicious! The newly opened Market has freshly made paninis, pizzas,desserts, and snack that you can take on the go. The pool is the star attraction with a hot tub that we used daily after a long day of walking at the parks. Our room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff was super helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this resort for families with young children visiting Orlando. You won’t be disappointed!

The room i was in smelled like cigarettes. I thought the smell was from the prior guest and it would go away but never did. Must have been a smoking room in the past. It was so bad I thought my clothes would smell. I slept with a shirt around my face and then had to call down to switch rooms in the morning and it took a long time on the phone to do so. My new room was not smelly but didn’t get an apology or anything. Check in and check out line is very long, they could be more efficient.
We loved the stuff and how clean it was. Everyone was so nice. We will be back again
