We stay here often. This last trip was a different experience than any of our previous stays. We got to the property around 2:00 pm. I have no issues paying 50 dollars a day for valet parking. I was told that valet parking was unavailable at that time. I parked my own vehicle up front where they usually park it because it's a rear curb only vehicle. They weren't happy about that, but if I am paying 50 dollars a day for parking, I want to be treated like VIP. I am usually treated like VIP. They did quickly realize that I dont F*ck around. They did a great job after that initial incident.

Great getaway , played early morning golf and had a blast . The valet parking was a bit pricey for the location @ $50 and self parking was $30 and a very long walk from the parking garage.Starbucks on the premises was a plus . Ppl answering the phone not very knowledgeable of basic operations - didn’t kn hrs of operation of Golf pro shop and driving range. It was still a nice getaway …
We went for a gymnastics competition but stayed all weekend and had the best time! This property had everything we needed so we didn’t have to leave the resort! The pool is amazing, the water park is great!! Customer service was excellent! Their many food choices were excellent! I would highly recommend staying here!!!!

Everything was accessible. My only concern was not having a microwave in the room. The staff was very friendly and not too pushy.
We had a room with no view which is fine but the view was of a flat roof that had trash like food bags and food boxes. It looked like workers did something there before and just left all their food packagibg no one cleaned it.
Bright my kids here for daughter’s bday! My son is 6 and tall for his age! Several slides and height requirements were ridiculous! He couldn’t ride any rides and basically cried the whole time! I understand safety but they should allow riding with an adult or make some slides for under 48” otherwise it’s only catering to older children and really should advertise that before people book! My husband in wheelchair and we did not get a wheelchair accessible room! The staff at the towel activity station were rude and took our towels we had to sign out on card and place out to save a chair that was accessible by wheelchair and allowed other guests to sit there and told us it wasn’t their job to assist us! So we had to push him around the whole pool searching for an open chair easily accessible via wheelchair and with a crying child who can’t ride rides! It was a huge disappointment

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is massive but the rooms quiet, amazing amenities, friendly staff, great food. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have kids!
Places /Restaurants to eat in the hotel were Closed to early. When you arrive during the night or back from parks there are no options open
The bedsheets unfortunately had stains on them!
Marriott world center is amazing! Will definitely stay there again. Had everything we needed. Best water slides and super friendly staff. My new favorite spot
