Upon arrival, our first room had bugs and one of the beds was lopsided and appeared to be broken. We requested a different room and the staff was very couteous and helpful to accommodate our request. We had to request a blanket for the second room and had only two towels. There is no coffee maker in the room and the rooms need updating. The pool was dirty looking and all the pool deck chairs and loungers were broken with the exception of 2 chairs and 1 lounger. The breakfast bar was locked and not stocked. Our first morning we went gor breakfast to find two pieces of very stale, old bread and 2 cereal dispensers partially full. No fresh coffee, milk, juice etc. The staff did bring out a pitcher of milk, two plates and two apple juice drink boxes. The area was very noisy all hours of the night and felt very unsafe everytime we stepped out of the room. After googling the area, we discovered this location was on a list of areas to avoid in Kissimmee. Location overall was run down and outdated mirroring the google reviews 100 percent. If another room in another location would have been available, we would not have stayed the duration of our trip. I wish I could upload current photos to share as we took plenty of them. My expectation for a Drury Inn property was indeed much higher than we experienced.
Property needs to be cleaned or remoldeled
Would never stay there again. Rooms are so nasty whoever cleans those rooms should be ashamed. Property managers fired. Just nasty.
Was dirty and not well maintained. Old coffee filter in coffee maker, piece of pepperoni was found on the bed, etc. Just felt unclean and amenities were not available that were advertised. Laundry machines were out of service, no alternative breakfast offered. Would not stay there again.
I appreciated how quickly my issues were resolved, no water, keys not working. Very friendly staff

I had to wear flip flops in the shower for fear of mold. The receptionist seemed bothered by my business. I had to go to the counter and ask for more than half a roll of toilet paper.
It was ok. Just a place to sleep while at Mecum. Staff was prompt and friendly. Kind of a shady area if you ask me. Definitely not Idrive or the parks area. Just ok. I would stay again. Just a bed

This was a horrible experience. I had to clean my bathroom myself several times. It was disgusting! I came to Florida due to a family emergency and this hotel only made things worse. I was forced to extend my stay due to my family emergency and hotel management reversed my reservation while I was at the hospital with my sick father. So on top of being dirty and unsanitary, management showed a lack of human compassion that was even more repulsive then the conditions of their bathrooms. Breakfast (horrible), management (horrible), cleanliness (horrible). This location is damaging the brand of Days Inn by Wyndham.
Nice condition, The staff do not allow the guess to get their breakfast to their room I didn't like that.
It was good. Front desk was nice. Bathrooms could use better lighting and vents.

The room definitely wasn't the worst I've seen, but I was still disappointed. The pictures made it look so nice! I was also hoping for the traditionally delicious full hot breakfast I've had at other Days Inn properties, but the breakfast was VERY disappointing. They didn't even have bagels!
We were here 2 night. The first was with noisy neighbors until 3 am. The second was quiet.
