The property was very clean.. Places where trash can be left should be better marked.

Great price for what you get. Full kitchen, living room, dinning room.

The one thing that was confusing is after checking in at the welcome center, they had to draw on the map how to get there. Which normally wouldn't be an issue but you have to go through other hotel parking lot to get to the actual villas. Its not all in one place like it normally is. Some of the building are in a separate area.

Staff was great i got there a little early and they were able to get me checked in early. Close to so many stores ie walmart Ross and Publix. Also tons of food choices near by. The kids area was perfect for my children.

Upon arrival you have to go to next office to obtain parking permit. They ask a series of questions... like are you married and is your spouse with you? I'm not interested in a time share, just need to rest. Upon arriving in our room, it soars that the last customers just left. Televisions were on, beds messed up, towels on the floor and their packet still on counter. Unable to relax, had to wait for housekeeping manager. Morning of check out, we had no water? Called front desk and waiting for maintenance. The hotel couldn't tell if building issue or city issue? Waste of money!!

Great place for families headed to the parks!

Though I enjoyed our stay I was very disappointed when our flight got cancelled due to a winter storm in NYC and asked if how much would it cost to stay a few more days at calypso cay and your counter person was adamant that it would be $250 a night. I just felt with the resort half empty and under the conditions of us having to stay longer out of a courtesy on calypso's behalf we should have been offered a better deal. In all actually you lost money since your facilities was only half full. We left and went else where which was more accommodating.

The dryer did not work in our unit and the light/fan switches seem to be wired incorrectly however the unit was very spacious, clean and quiet. Overall I was pleased with this choice.

Staff was friendly. Grounds were nice. But check-in process was a pain. Had to return to the office 3 times. Floors in the rooms are pretty much nasty. Don't think they've been significantly cleaned in months. Other than that, it was a fine stay.

They are trying to sell the property as well. The bed sheets where dirty and had stains.

Location was wonderful and activities for kids are amazing

I got a few nights for my birthday, & I wanted my visitors to join me for a swim, but they have wrist bands requirements so they couldn't join us . Because we only had enough for us. Also, we asked the guy at the bar for a plastic cup to avoid bringing in glass container, and he made it a big deal that we even asked him how much does he want to charge us for an empty plastic cup , in which any other hotel would of just given it to us not questions asked. I avoided the bar after that. I won't tip a man who's rude over a plastic cup. People around we're shooked as they saw the man giving us a hard time for a plastic cup.

The staff sucks seriously just garbage
