Beautiful views of the city and the Bay.
Currently undergoing renovation which meant a lot of construction and we weren’t notified until one day prior to arrival. Cold winter temps felt in all common areas, an outdoor walk was required to access Clock Bar, and no lobby seating. Service personnel were great (especially concierge desk) and our room was adequate.
At Checkin there were 3 people behind the desk and not one of them smiled at me and the agent was off putting. I expect better at a Marriott. I won’t stay at this property again.

Stayed here for a weekend getaway. Centrally located right on cable car line to fisherman’s wharf , high end shopping across the street and a great macys and express too .
Confusion in the final bill with the amount on hold and the amount they charge the credit card. It takes days to release the hold on the credit cards.
