My family had a 2 night stay. The hotel itself felt welcoming and comfortable. I would like to mention the front desk rep Antonio who went above and beyond getting us checked in, giving us great directions and very friendly.

We loved the clean rooms, my wife would have preferred a tub, but the shower was fine for her. Staff was amazing 👏 we'd definitely wilm be staying there again.
Having to pay for WiFi is simply outrageous at a JW Marriott. Which decade are you living in JWM? The breakfast service was terrible. We had to wait 30 min with empty tables. The omelette guy had disappeared for several minutes. We had to remind the server to replenish food in the self serve area. Very poor JWM!

Fantastic service at the JW Marriott! Super comfy bed and great view of the city. Exceeded my expectations!
Staff was great. Loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby. Elevators were always super quick. Beds were very comfortable. Service needs were met very quickly. Difference between 4 and 5 stars - no robes, limited space to hang towels in bathroom, not well insulated - could hear a lot of sounds overnight.
There is no option to do self parking. If you have a car, then you have to do valet parking , which was an over charge , $ 66

Ideally located near Union Square. The pictures on the website for the Studio Suite are misleading. Although there is a note that the pictures can be different from the actual room one gets, I felt that the actual room was quite different. For example, as per the picture, there are two TVs (one with the background of a window and the other with the background of a white decorated wall). This gives the impression that the room is quite large and has some partition between the sofa area and the bed. However, in reality, there was only one TV and hence a very different layout of the room (FYI, I am totally okay with a single TV but the expectation set by the website was disappointing). After looking at their pictures again, I can now tell that they took pictures of two different studio suites and showed the best of both under a single suite. My request to the Marriott marketing team is to portray as realistic pictures as possible.
Overall 10/10 stay! The hotel was clean, room was amazing, view was awesome, and it was walking distance to so many things and good eats! Definitely staying here again!
