This hotel is definitely the cleanest and best maintained property nearest Pier 39. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to all the major tourist destinations. The staff were all amazing but the valet and bellhop were exceptional!

Everything was great except during the night. There was work being done on the street and it kept me up most of night.

Good experience with hotel zephyr
Great Hotel, awesome staff and excellent location. The only problem I had was that someone kept smoking Skunk Weed in the hotel and it stunk the whole floor up. I realize this has 0 to do with the Hotel but it was frustrating nonetheless. Also, can we make it a thing to have 2 King beds instead of 2 double beds! Double beds are a joke
Excellent location, great price (though parking is not included). Clean and well kept. Cool and interesting facilities/courtyard. Very helpful staff.

The room was missing the doors to the closet and the space for refrigerator was empty. The AC unit (window) was noisy. The window shades were ripped. The only good thing about this hotel is an interesting patio/indoor space with games etc but no bar/cafe. Overall, the property is a bit run down and needs major renovation.
I booked Hotel Zephyr through Orbitz, which is my preferred site for vacation deals in good hotels like Zephyr which is conveniently located, was clean, family friendly, game room, fire pits outdoors & lobby provided pleasant social vibe. I will revisit SFO & stay in Hotel Zephyr again.
