I had selected 2 twin beds and a room with a view, which we did not get. The room was quite tiny, with only 1 chair to sit on. Also, when you had to use the restroom at night it wakes the other person, since there was only 1 light switch for the toilet, wash basin and shower. I thought we had prepaid for the room with taxes, but were billed an additional $165 as destination fee, which I have never heard before. The staff were great, but was disappointed with the room and the additional fees.

Even though with Convenient, more dining options, excellent 24 hr hot/cold drinks availability the price of $300 including fees still feel too expensive for the hotel could offer. The interior decor needs to update. Thanks.

Beautiful hotel! We felt very safe and welcomed by the staff. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel and more parking connected to the connected mall. My family and I walked the near by stores and restaurants every day. We will definitely come back.

Due to the occasional guest that needs to cancel, or doesn't show up for their reservation we do not take advance payment on our destination fee, as it would not be charged in these instances.
