A very good, conveniently located hotel. Easy walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and cable cars. Some minor quibbles with lobby bar and pool, but it’s clean, safe and a good value.

What a nice surprise. Very friendly and inviting common area. Bar and breakfast area is lovely and we'll appointed. They gave us a free upgrade.
Excellent location. Walking distance to fisherman’s wharf, pier 39, north beach, China town and tons of restaurants.
Wonderful location. Just minutes from the wharf and everything else desirable in SF! Hotel staff was amazing.
Great hotel for families visiting Fisherman's Wharf area. Very walkable to the piers, Ghirardelli Square, with cable car and bus stops nearby. Didn't need a car to get around. Game room in lobby has billiards, foozball, free video games, cornhole, board games and more to occupy the kids during downtime. Didn't use the available pool or gym, but nice to have the option. Also had free bikes available in the lobby, if you don't mind riding thru traffic and up hills. Free coffee in the mornings and a grab and go store with limited cold breakfast options for sale, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Modern, clean and comfy room with excellent lobby service.
I love everything about this place! That staff were all friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. And there were so many great things withing walking distance. I will definitely be back.
The place smells good, staff are friendly, lots of fun stuff to do in the game room and most of all, walkable to pier and restaurants.
Paid extra for City view but gave us a partial city view. Also the bar tender whose name is AL was very rude and racist. Didn't serve the cocktail and kept me waiting for 30 mins and asking random questions.
I think it should have as a basic a coffee machine, tea or to heat water in the rooms, I also think they should do maintenance in the rooms since the bathroom curtain was broken, hanging from the hooks, the water pressure is very little ,somewhat uncomfortable when taking a bath! And finally, they should improve breakfast, since it is only a kiosk to buy something!
