The room was small but comfortable. The rain shower was fantastic and the mattress was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
Great location, off of Lombard so little traffic noise. Inexpensive central location in great neighborhood.
Charming mid-century motel with mid-century fixtures. Easy, free parking sealed the deal. Bed was a comfy spring-mattress although the bath could be updated. Easy walk to Lombard ST., Coit Tower, the Marina & Ghirardelli, Pier 39, and the Presidio. Nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants (some slightly noisy). Great price and access for auto travelers. Would stay again, definitely!
Property was in a very good location for my needs. Convenient to all the things I wanted to do. Great dining and shops in the area. Close to all transportation services. Hotel staff was very nice and kind. Provided all the extras we needed. Room was very clean with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and nice TV. It was unfortunately very noisy. You could hear the people upstairs walking around and talking quite easily. Doors closing loudly, cars on the street, people walking past the rooms talking very loudly. We were on the first floor so that was part of the problem, I'm sure. Soda machine was not working but ice machine was. Free parking which was a plus and no no problem with finding a spot.
The owner Nick did not honor my orbitz reservation. He does not allocate rooms for people that book with a third party website like orbitz or hotels.com. I reserved a non smoking room but got a disgusting smoking room. Then the only other room was on street level with noise that he could switch me too. At 3am I heard heavy metal music playing till the morning. I could not sleep. Called the hotel staff 4 time to have it stop. They only responded twice. DONT STAY HERE. RUN
The hotel is better on the inside than it looks from the outside. Would have been nice to have a coffee maker. A little far from attractions.
It had charcuterie. It felt like a safe place to stay.
