This was a nice hotel considering it's location. The surrounding area was a little scary but we felt safe once we were inside the hotel. Our biggest complaint was the $60 surprise valet parking fee - there were no other options. This was not disclosed in any of the reservation paperwork.
IT WAS CLEAN, STAFF WAS VERY NICE. THREE BLOCKS AWAY FROM UNION SQUARE WHICH I DID NOT LIKE BUT OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS GOOD.
A few problems arose during the stay, but the friendly staff was able to take care of each promptly and satisfactorily. Nice location, comfortable rooms.
I liked that it was located close to Union square. I didn’t like that my room was not ready. I was signed a disclosure for no party. But the room next door partied all night and nothing was done to quite them down.
Clean and modern. Close to union square. Small rooms, but larger than some San Francisco rooms. Small bathroom vanity and dim lighting in entry way. Very friendly and helpful staff. No pool.
Pros: Good location and nicely decorated. Staff was very nice. Cons: Walls are thin. Difficult to stop and have valet pick up your car.

There was not a single drawer to put clothes. This was the only thing that made it hard to stay at this hotel. All of our clothes that weren't hung had to stay in our suitcases.
The valet was great the front desk check in was quick and efficient and the restaurant staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The location was great we were several blocks from Union Square and very close to public transportation
Great hotel, staff was super kind and welcoming. Front desk was able to check us in early which is an extra bonus!
