The front desk switched our corner room to suit by saying it's better and bigger... who needs bigger room in a lower floor with noise and unsecure. We refused to give away our corner room and we've been told that you can go to another hotel because we don't have any available rooms except that suit. We left next day they didn't even give us a refund or receipt. Such a bummer... They ruind our 2 day stay in SF.

Desperately needs to be updated

I would not come back, hotel needs a serious upgrade. AC sounded like a running toilet which was so annoying when trying to fall asleep. Air quality was poor as well - extremely expensive for what you get.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff. Think twice about the location of traveling with kids.

Location was good but the problem they don’t have parking you need to go like two block away from the hotel to park the car and is 61 dollars a day

The convenience of the hotel was great. Dining options at every corner, it was a really nice property overall . The staff was extremely helpful.

What a cute hotel! located right by union square, staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and decorated adorably! My only complaint... I thought the parking was included as it says all fees included when i booked, but ended being a $40.00 a night fee.Wish this was mentioned prior to booking. Other than that, great overall!

Cute little hotel in the heart of the city. Quick walk to Union Square and the Powell/Market Cable car line. Rooms are cute and clean and has special touches such as vintage San Francisco pictures.

The corner room we had was fabulous! Bright light, loved the period furnishings and color scheme. Clean, quiet. Location was perfect. Felt safe. Parking is pricey but it’s a big city. Calling our car was a slow but front desk stayed on top of it without asking. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient location. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet and unassuming hotel with quality rooms. Good value in an overpriced market.
