Staff at front desk very unhelpful. They didn't answer the bell during working hours. Guests upstairs were noisy during the night. They were yelling very loud and staff didn't do anything.

arrived & the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. They said they had 2 types of parking, but only had 1 type of PAID parking which was $25/night. He said ill charge you $40, still charged my card for over $50. Why is there tax on it?? & what is the parking fee for if i already booked a room? Its not for safety, just another way to scam. The rooms were DISGUSTING. dirty, hair, & who knows what the drips were splashed on everything. Black marks everywhere. We slept on top of the sheets. We were suppose to stay 2 nights but cut our trip short due to the hotel. Worst experience of my life.

We didn't stay because the place is a dive! Our room had at least 3 or 4 roach baits in it. There were also baby roaches crawling on the nightstand, bathroom, and near the door. There was also an old school chain on the door. It was so old and not secure that any thief could kick the door done. The manager gave us a refund quickly once we informed him we weren't staying and why. Fortunately, we stayed at a much better hotel after checking out of this hell hole.

Don't come. They don't know what is service. They don't treat you as customer. TV and the remote control doesn't work. The hair dryer doesn't work. Lighting in bathroom is dime. Light bulb is out and doesn't replaced. The rooms are actually by the road side so you are sleeping with pedestrians passing by your room. Onsite parking is a joke. Be prepared to park at public garage and pay $50 to $60 per day.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. Older property.

I will never stay here or trust an Orbitz reservation again! We reserved a queen bed, got stuck with a double. The shower wasn't cleaned (dried soap on the wall and shelf), the bathroom door didn't close, mold on the bathroom ceiling, paint flaking off the walls, the pillows were terrible, (a rolled up shirt had more support), the towels were either dirty or stained and more. I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotels, but I got ripped off! The best part about it was knowing it was only for 2 days and leaving!

Extremely bad maintained facility. Breakfast was a joke.

Hotel had clumps of hair in the shower, an old comb was left on the floor. There is no elevator.

Decent hotel, walking distance and close to fishermans wharf, ghirardelli square, and lombard street

The motel staff were really kind, polite. The accommodations were disappointing as the motel is run down, the carpets are dirty and really worn. The furniture is really old and the TV was difficult to use. The Wi-Fi was always down and the phone in the room did not work. It rained while we were in San Francisco and I had to run to the lobby every time we needed something or had a question. The cleanliness was OK, but the ice machine did not work and was locked. The lobby, however, was immaculate. The manager/owner and his family were so sweet, however.

Wad of hair in washcloth. STRONG oder of chemicals, hard to breath. You can smell it even before you open the door. So small, no where to place luggage or even walk. Lights shine through shutters on window all night. Extremely noisy, people and traffic, ALL NIGHT. Worst hotel experience of my life! Stuck there for two nights. Stayed out of room as long as possible. I would not even take a shower there, that bad! Worst part about our vacation was this hotel.

Best thing going for it is that it is close to the wharf. A little cheaper than nearby hotels.

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to Fishermans wharf where there are many things to do. The hotel room was clean but so many different items in the room and bathroom were broken and in need of repair. There was constant noise from the pipes in the back wall, no place to put anything, especially in the bathroom. A light was out, the towel rack and toilet paper racks were falling off the wall, the TV would not work, the shower floor was peeling up, they charged us $25 for parking..right outside our room.. Really? Will never stay there again or recommend

Location was worth the money! Close the everything in Fishermans Wharf!

We booked this hotel due to cost and the proximity to Warf and Pier 39. We did not due much at hotel. Outdated and ants! Yes, lots of ants crawling on floors, fridge, bed and even me. Photos/video taken. I left note and messages with manager and have not heard back. If Orb. can step in and help get some hotel credits or nights stay at another Hotel. That would be appreciated! Very disappointed.
