Beautiful hotel
Clean, comfortable stay. Easy to get everywhere I needed to be. Staff were so helpful and friendly. It was quiet and easy to sleep.
Liked the location and parking. The lighting in the room was kind of dark, other than that loved our stay
Property itself it’s good. The staff is horrible, I didn’t like the service from the staff very impolite people. I asked a question or a manner that happened and didn’t provide help, they didn’t help me at all.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating for my needs as I needed a way to freeze ice packs to store breast milk and I greatly appreciated that. Our tv had a lot of issues but the engineer was communicative and came promptly, hopefully the issues can be resolved for other guests. I think the location was great for access downtown and to the convention center and good food. I would stay here again.

Love our corner room with beautiful view of SF and the Market deli downstairs to buy breakfast. Though we feel Market Street can feel lil unsafe at night.
Average 4 star hotel. But one major problem: The hallway and room both smelled heavily of mold/mildew to us. We wondered if it was coming from the AC duct. We were coughing each morning after sleeping in there. Other than that, the staff was good, the room was tidy, the location was good. But we would not return due to the mold smell and coughing.
