Staff is great. Good location.

Love location, staff and facilities, except that illumination in the room is weird, some lights are needed

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the studio with kitchenette is perfect for families.

Location was great. Room was clean and nice. We stayed in a one bedroom and it was perfect for the kids

Nice, clean room with very comfortable beds. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Booked this hotel for a busy weekend at $500 a night. Arrived late Friday evening and was told check out time after my evening event Saturday would be 10am even with our rates. Front desk won't even consider 11am checkout like other hotels. Because this is a timeshare facility, sales will call you while you are busy or trying to nap to sell timeshare. It bothers me that the concierge asked if I was here with my husband as if he'd be the one that makes a decision. There is also no room cleaning service, no slippers, nor bathrobe as would be offered in a hotel. The sofa bed was not covered and when called only delivered linen instead of making the bed. Room layout is good and had 2 closets, 2 tvs and clean but had had dim and poor lighting even in day time. There is no counter space in the bathroom. There is not a good place in the space properly lit to do makeup if getting ready is something you need to do. There is no water bottle available in room and the vending machine in basement only take dollar bills. The front desk is also not 24/7 as stated. If you get thirsty middle of night and need dollar bills to access that vending machine you can't. Security guard woke up when I asked him to help locate the evening front desk to exchange but could not be located.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel and I will not hesitate to go back again on my next trip to San Francisco. It feels just like going home. It is centrally located and walking distance to Union Square. There are restaurants almost next door to the hotel. Transportation is never a problem as you can take either a cab or a bus if you prefer but you can also walk down to Union Square. The staff is very accommodating as expected and again I must say they never say no to whatever request you make. There is free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice in the mornings at the lobby. The room is fully equipped for cooking if you so desire and if you wish you can have an intimate dinner as the room can accommodate four for any meal. It is pretty much like staying in your own house. There is a family room where you can use the computer, if you did not bring yours or you can just kill time by watching TV and tapes. It is a wonderful way to spend your vacation.

Of all hotels I have stayed in San Francisco, Wyndham is the cleanest hotel with the best amenities.

Because this is a "vacation property" this facilility does not operate as a standard hotel. maid service is not regular and extending your stay is impossible. The rooms are otherwise spacious and well appointed.
