I booked two rooms one for my family and kids and one for my parents. They loved the facility, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located in the middle of many shops. I did my research prior to arriving and knew parking would be pricey, parking staff was amazing. I was super happy with my stay my kids asked if we could stay here next time. I will stay here next time I visit.
There is not one parking spot available at this property- if you have a car, which on Oahu most people do rent one, you are required to pay $50 per night to have it Valet Parked, there are no other options, period. And no warning until you arrive which automatically raises your nightly room rate by $50 with no options- The bell and Valet staff were very friendly and helpful but every time I talked to the front desk staff they were tense, short with me, and grumpy. So much for cheerful in Hawaii.
the property was in excellent condition and well cared for. the valet service was as good as it could be with the very limited space for cars. the service people were helpful and courteous. The rooms were literally like brand new. There could have been more elevators. Often had to wait.
Excellent staff( Andrea is incredible ) , location and hotel. Holo Holo cafe and market has the best sushi and hot food. The two things I wished the hotel would do: heat the pool. The pool water was cold day and night . Secondly, add some shade/umbrellas at the pool deck. By adding those 2 things, the hotel is 5 out of 5 stars.

The property was in walking distance of everything we stayed 9 days and didn’t need a car. There was hotel shuttles for all our excursions. The rooms were clean and comfortable!! Staff was friendly and very helpful!

A little outdated and not sure why they charge resort fees when it’s not a resort feel but you pay mostly for the location. Walkable to most things in Waikiki

I loved how close this hotel was to all the shopping areas, the mall was right across the street which was great especially with 2 little ones. Parking around Waikiki was difficult so it was nice knowing we could park our car at the hotel and just walk to restaurants or stores. Staff was very kind, and very accommodating! Loved the texting option they provided from check in to check out. We were sticker shocked by the price it took to park our car safely via their valet, but for the price a day compared to other hotels it could've been easily double the price. We tried to opt to park our car on the street our self but were not confident it would be safe and being that it was rental, felt more comfortable having it valet parked which ended up being VERY convenient! We had to little ones under 2 and even though we didn't get to the pool, the beach was only minutes away! Clean for the most part, and housekeeping came to clean our room on the 3rd day. There are TONS of restaurants minutes away by foot and the mall right across had many options from designer to ABC stores! We will definitely be back again!
