Staff was quite accommodating.

It is clean, nice front desk staff, contemporary breakfast.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, its 300 a night, and not something I wish to deal with or bring back to my home. While the place is not overrun during the day, if you cut on a light at night to use the restroom, they go running. I loved Hawaii but will not stay here again. Also the front desk goes unmanned quite a bit and you need to yell to get folks out the back room. Very expensive guest Laundry as well.

Convenient

Loved the continental breakfast and the great staff.

It was our first time in Hawaii and it was very stressful and disappointing. We were able to check in early, so we dropped off our suitcases in the room. Went to dinner, when we walked into the room there was a bunch of cockroaches at the door, then there was some all over our suitcases, tables, and the bed. Definitely an infestation of cockroaches, Definitely not safe to stay in that room. It was very stressful and disappointing that we experienced that. I went to talk to the front desk and they moved us to another room but we weren't able to sleep because of the thought of cockroaches coming out of no where. The girl working front desk didn't care that we were put in a room that had cockroaches, we had no where to go and that's the only reason we stayed there. No refund or compensation or upgrade in rooms was offered. It was very upsetting and stressful our first time in Hawaii.

Hotel is tucked away in a side-street. If you blink, you'll miss it. However, inside it is beautiful. The elevator area was very cramped but that's a minor inconvenience. The parking situation was frustrating. 1 car per room so we needed to find a 2nd parking area which cost $88.50 for overnight (7.5hrs) and it was around the block which felt unsafe in the middle of the night. There were closer parking arrangements for double the price.

Great breakfast and good location

Staff was very courteous and helpful. The location to the shops was within walking distance and made for a great experience.

Good location and breakfast.

The hotel was pretty much the usual. Clean, good breakfast bar, nice room. The staff, though, is what really makes this property shine. Very patient and helpful. Thank-you for all your assistance!

late check-in good

The sheets on our bed were dirty. Had blood stains in the sofa bed. Unable to use the sofa bed as it was in such a bad condition. I used the sheets and slept on the floor. Air conditioning, most power outlets, bathroom vent did not work. There were pieces of stuff in the bed, and they smelled like a person had slept in them for a few days. The room floor was sticky & wet . The room smelled like mildew. The sink had toothpaste on it and hair. It was just gross. For $300.00 a night I would expect way better. I paid $30.00 fir extra guest on to of it. It was a horrible stay. Avoid this hotel at any cost. I would like to get a refund of my money!

Nice location. Friendly staff. Easy parking. breakfast usually ran out of the popular items within 45min-1h. Can head people upstairs walking very loudly. Did not have enough quarters for laundry (shouldn't they expect people to need quarters?)

Limited parking at hotel $10 per day and also nearby to visit restaurants and shopping; was able to park and walk to restaurants

Really really nice property with extra helpful staff. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast excellent.
