We like everything about this property. It is beautiful.
Overall was fine though without windows i.e. just screens and shades, it was loud at times. People tend to ensure their vehicles are locked by beeping the horn at least three times - must be a local ordinance or something. The roosters are working overtime.

We had a wonderful family vacation and loved the property!
Grounds were pretty. Limited number of chaise lounge chairs at th beach. (Plenty of regular type chairs to rent). Parking barely adequate, and tight. Don’t be surprised by the mandatory cleaning fee after your stay you aren’t told about until check in!
We have stayed here several times and usually love it. This time we were put in a condo that was very uncomfortable. There was little to no ventilation. We asked to be moved and we never got a proper response. I will make sure I can get the room I want or I won’t use them.
Beware. $189 for a single towel exchange. Stayed 5 nights on Honeymoon. No garbage pick up, no setting the bed. Sheets left were too small. No cleaning at all. Poor phone service. Poor customer service, broken fan, many lights out, no aloha spirit. Had to ask 3 times to get complimentary honeymooners gift. Will never return and will let every review to stay away.
We had a one BR suite with an ocean view which was wonderful overall. The carpet was old and the lack Of AC can make it a little warm inside. Still overall the grounds are magnificent the location is perfect and I will definitely return someday. Thank you Kiahuna Plantation
I know its Hawaii I have been going for years. It could really use some AC to escape the heat and the pool closing at 7pm daily was just lame.
Thank goodness for a white noise generator...roosters crowing at all hours, street sounds and stomping kids above...helped dull the sounds. Also to note..no air conditioning . We had expected some condiments such as mustard and ketchup and plastic wrap as we had in other condo rentals but not here. Had to buy and used very little...a waste. Also didn't expect the somewhat lofty cleaning charge. Grounds kept very nice.
