Very loud, i was in room 231 facing the street and it was very loud, I had terrible sleep.
Close to airport with excellent shuttle service. We did get a early check in which helped my husband to rest before leaving Honolulu. Did not like that restaurant was closed, that was partly the reason we chose it. This Best Western needs updating and uplifting. When outside of the BW to much traffic noise.
Good location for connections in HNL. Noisy rooms but lots of choices for eating within walking distance.
Dining staff were so rude, I understand the time but they never know why guess comes late. Atleast when guess in the dining area please have them grab something to eat. Staff are like racing to take the food away. Atleast ask the guess inside dining to grab food before they take away.
Every hour shuttle service to the airport.. Nice breakfast too. You can walk to the airport too.

Room and over premise was clean. Gas station and McDonald’s right next door. Room access from the parking garage is convenient. There was an issue with the drains for both my sink and tub where the water was slow to drain. I reported it to the front desk and there was a slight change but it was still an issue. I didn’t make too much of a big deal of it since I was only going to be there for a short period. Room was also facing the freeway so it was a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper you may want to request a room on the other side of the hotel. Not sure if it will make a difference or not though. Their breakfast window is only 2hours (7am-9am) otherwise there is a small coffee shop in the lobby that opens a 6am.

Excellent house keeping, wonderful front desk customer service, delicious daily breakfast, affordable daily parking rate, delicious coffee from the cafe in the hotel, and much appreciation for support to military veterans and families.

Comfortable, convenient, the shuttle came quickly after we called. We appreciate the complimentary breakfast.
Love to stay here while in Honolulu. Close to airport with great shuttle. One of the better free breakfast buffets we've seen offered. Hotel is dated but kept up well. Been staying here before our cruises for 20 years. Always enjoyable.
