Property over all is in an area not hard to find but the rooms need a major upgrade overhaul from the outside to the headboards in the rooms it’s completely outdated and the rust outside is horrible
Close to the airport
The property didn't look anything like their website. We totally felt misguided. And, on top of it, when we got there, the hotel charged us a "resort fee"? Not cool.
Very old and outdated in a very poor industrial area. Looked to have not been updated since WWII. But the room was clean and it was close to the Airport.

Pros: It is very close to the HNL Airport. It has a shuttles to the hotel/Airport. These 2 above are the only good things about this hotel and nothing more. Cons: The place was like a motel. The place is only for a stay to sleep and take shower and nothing more. What is this outrageous resort fee. You call this a resort?! Oh, Puuulleeese! The door is a half broken. The bed conditions and the sheets/cloths are from the 70’s. The pots in coffee thermos are Luke warm.
Don’t be put off by industrial neighborhood. Convenient very clean great service. Beautiful courtyard and pool area and pool. Not noisy.
Close to airport, good Chinese restaurant and friendly bar.
Horrible place for a Stay
Based on the cost, it was good value. We found that some of the other guests were noisy at night, but that was not a surprise considering the clientele that would be attracted to it's low rates.
The hotel is located in an industrial area under an elevated highway under construction, most of the parking lot is blocked by construction equipment and was littered with debris.
Fantastic classic property right next to airport and upcoming monorail service to Waikiki Beach. Single traveler looking for simple tastes? Hit it!
