Dated property. Pool is so bland. No jacuzzi. Very noisy from the birds throughout the day. Bathroom is worn out. Great location though.
Could use a renovation! We had hair on our beds and the chair in room was nasty with stains.
This was a great hotel in Hilo, where everything seem old( not bad, just old), this was a refreshingly updated hotel.
We had a room phone that was not connected to the hotel. No wire, just said out of service. There was a computer LAN wire on the desk that didnt work. It was just there for show like the phone. The coffee maker leaked. No room service.
We did upgrade to 2 queens ocean view. Nice view. Because of upgrade, they only had the room prepped for 2, but we had 3 adults. When I called them for additional supplies such as towels and toiletries, they were very quick to accommodate and pleasant. Room was very nice. Soda machine broken on multiple floors so that was a bummer
Nice place to stay. Quiet nice grounds for walking. Good restaurants close by. Great views of Hilo Bay.
