The hotel is older and nothing fancy about it but it works great for what it is. The room was good size and very clean. No AC but ventilation with the fans and the open windows did well keeping the room cool. All in all, will definitely be coming back there if ever back in town.
After a week of camping out, i say it felt awesome to sleep in a bed! Very relaxing

The only good thing about this property is the location, it is close to the airport and many good restaurants. However, property itself seems very old and poorly maintained. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. No elevator, no ac. The windows in the room don’t even block the sound of waves crashing which made it hard for me to get some sleep.

The staff was great and the room was clean. It got a little noisy next door and the smell from the trash bin got into the room. I wished they had air conditioning which would’ve made the stay more comfortable.
This hotel served its purpose for us, just a place to stay for the night so we didn’t have to drive back to Kona late at night after visiting Volcano National park. It’s not worth the price and I would never stay here again. It’s extremely old and rundown. The security seemed much, but then I wondered why they have so much. No blackout curtains, no air conditioning, no pool use, no elevator, furniture chipped and peeling, paint chipping off the walls, bed was terrible. I knew about the air conditioning and stairs, but want to make sure others are aware. Staff was friendly and our room was ready a bit early. Everything seemed clean, but I still didn’t want to touch the shower curtain. This property is in need of some love.
It was budget friendly and very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a good stay for a single night.
WIFI service was not available, and reception was on & off. notify guest to turn down fridge when checkin in.
The property is very run down and has a lot of deferred maintenance. The staff was lovely and kind. The biggest problem was there was no elevator and my disabled mother had to walk up and down a flight of stairs.
The property was old but relatively well-maintained. It was a bit noisy with the airport being so close and the fact the rooms have no air-conditioning so it was necessary to keep the windows open. Wi-Fi was intermittent to none unless you were right in the lobby area. The location was convenient to several parks and restaurants.
I wish I could say more about the property, but my stay was extremely short. I would use again.
