My wife got COVID and she had to quarantine so we canceled our Hawaiian trip. Sheraton kept the money, rather than respecting our decision to not expose other travelers and Sheraton staff to COVID. We would have much rather recuperated in Kauai than NYC. Turtle Bay respected our decision
This is tropical paradise. Room and bed were very comfortable and equipped with a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Grounds were magnificent and manicured. Both restaurants were very nice with delicious food and great service. Fun luau with wonderful entertainment.

Beautiful property, great pool area and easy beach access. Bathrooms are small in the studios.
The pool and beach were super nice. Not a huge beach, but big enough. Rooms were really nice. Downside was the food and drinks. Main dinner restaurant is closed and the pool bar food and drinks were not good. And I'm no foodie.
Well maintained, because of covid the pool hours are limited....

Didn’t like the fresh chicken poop on the sidewalks. Always having to step around it and hoping never to step in it
Beautifully remodeled rooms...especially on the top floor where you get vaulted ceilings. Really nice shower! Big double vanity. Kitchenette had sink, small drawer-type dishwasher, two burners, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, microwave, blender, etc. and silverware and ceramic plates/bowls/cups. Large TV with good channel selection. Nice lighting and great balcony with chairs and table. Swimming pools decent, though only one (nearest the beach) had a hot tub, which was disappointing.
