We had an amazing time during our stay here! The staff was just phenomenal! Everyone was extremely helpful and beyond kind. The resort itself was exceptional! Multiple pools, hot tubs and killer views. The food was wonderful and the drinks were delicious.

First time visiting Hawaii and I chose this resort. I would give it a 5 star review. Some many activities to do at the resort you really don’t need to leave. They even have a mall within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this resort again

The property was beautiful and majestic. Truly therapeutic and calming during these difficult times during a continuing pandemic. I would highly recommend this resort for the family that wants to get away and get rejuvenated.
Excellent resort! Nice beaches and swimming pools. Close to restaurants and it was a very pleasant stay. They only bad part is that you have to pay 30 dollars a day for parking and resort fee / tax fees, just add that to your budget. We will come here again!!!

Judy at the front desk welcomed us like family returning home, she made sure to give us all of the information we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy to navigate. Our room was better than we anticipated and we received the upgrade and amenities unique to the room we paid for. (Tip: pay for the room you want in advance) many patrons were at the desk trying to get upgrades after arrival and there weren’t enough because of capacity.
Service was terrible!
Modern Lobby and Infinity Pool were awesome. Less awesome was the pre-cast construction which transmitted noise from above exceptionally well!
Rental car staffs are not knowageable so we paid double rental car insurance. And breakfast staffs are not nice. Wifi didnt work. Rooms are smell
The staff was great, and the shuttle service was extremely convenient. Pools were clean and had the most amazing views. Would definitely go again!
Magical. Gorgeous. Never want to leave. We always stay here and it’s just amazing.

The place was overcrowded and overrated. First - there is no beach access in front of the hotel!! It’s called the Wailea Beach Resort but you have to walk a ways to get in front of another hotels beach. Kids pools were so warm! Nothing refreshing about it! Staff were very nice but the place is understaffed. Many times the room service or hotel accommodations line would ring for so long that nobody answered and it would disconnect. I purchased an ocean view room and would have to hang off of the balcony to see any water (I didn’t purchase partial ocean view). The door would randomly click all through the night. We had spent a week at the andaz before and the service and facilities were impeccable. Pools so packed that you’d have to be up by 8 to get a spot. I definitely wouldn’t come back.
As a resort you could literally stay solely on the property and have a fantastic eventful time.
